Terms of service

Effective September 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Busted Minds Search (BM Search), including its website and Android app. By using BM Search, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

What BM Search provides

BM Search provides search and optional automated assistance. Results and generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. Verify important information with reliable primary sources. BM Search is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use BM Search to break the law, harm others, exploit children, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, evade service safeguards, overload the service, or automate abusive requests. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Accounts

Most search features work without an account. If you connect a Busted Minds Account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for activity under it. Account management may be shared with other Busted Minds products.

Third-party services and content

Some results, advertisements, generated output, linked pages, and other content may be supplied or processed by external services. Their terms and policies may apply. Busted Minds does not endorse or control external content merely because BM Search displays or links to it.

Ownership and feedback

Busted Minds branding, interface elements, and original software are protected by applicable laws. Third-party content belongs to its respective owners. You may provide feedback or report an AI answer; you allow us to use that submission to operate, secure, and improve BM Search.

Availability and liability

BM Search is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change or stop, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Busted Minds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of BM Search or reliance on its results.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the Busted Minds contact page.
